📋 Description

  • Maintain CMDB accuracy aligned with the CSDM.
  • Monitor CMDB health dashboards; remediate stale CIs.
  • Enforce CSDM standards across business apps and services.
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, Mapping, and data integrations.
  • Design and customize ServiceNow workflows and apps.
  • Lead workshops and demos; support solution design.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT infra, CM, ServiceNow, or related roles.
  • 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development and admin.
  • Strong CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
  • Experience with Business Rules, Glide, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs.
  • Experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
