CMM Programmer & Metrology Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop, program, validate, and maintain CMM inspection programs using MODUS.
• Execute and verify dimensional inspections to ensure compliance with engineering and customer
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements to create robust
• Conduct Gauge R&R and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies to validate inspection systems.
• Analyse measurement results and support investigations into dimensional or quality-related issues.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve inspection and process

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience programming and validating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
• Mandatory: Proven knowledge and practical experience using MODUS software.
• Experience conducting and interpreting Gauge R&R and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience supporting quality, inspection, or manufacturing activities within a regulated
