CMM Programmer (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Operate optical/tactile CMMs to provide measurement analysis for parts and finished goods.
• Program CMMs (Zeiss OIS-322/Calypso) for incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Program and operate Axon tactile CMMs (Zeiss Contura/Calypso) for measurement tasks.
• Maintain PiWeb and QC gage DB; perform GR&R and PPAP dimensional reports.
• Provide dimensional analysis for CAPA investigations and root cause analysis.
• Read and interpret CAD models and prints.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 year degree in Technology/Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years Quality/Mfg experience.
• Basics of quality and lean manufacturing; quality systems, SPC, and process capability.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement aptitude.
• Advanced programming skill with Calypso: PCM, freeform, curve, simulation, planner.
• Minimum 5 years optical and tactile metrology experience.
