CMM Programmer (Valves) - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Perform precision inspection (CMM or surface plate) verification on mechanical parts, components
• Understand GD&T requirements as applied to the engineering drawing and drawing notes
• Spot interpretation issues as applied to dimensions written or evaluation to requirements
• Select and utilize standard gauges to ensure quality. Inspect feature tolerances by selecting the
• Candidate will be responsible to work in a cross functional environment utilizing PC-DMIS
• Create, maintain, verify, retain, sort and organize all programs created to ensure they are readily

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years of CMM programming experience
• CMM experience, including programming on multi-sensing CMMs (vision, laser, touch probe, etc.)
• Familiar with Fanuc/Siemens CNC control for on-machine probing
• Ability to assist with designing/developing quality gauging to improve efficiencies
• Understands and adheres to ISO 9001
