CMMC Certified Assessor (CCA)

📋 Description

• Lead and execute CMMC assessments for DoD contractors handling FCI/CUI
• Conduct readiness reviews and formal CMMC evaluations; remediation support
• Perform gap analyses against CMMC 2.0, NIST SP 800-171/DFARS
• Develop and validate SSPs, POAMs, and security policies
• Produce assessment reports with findings, risks, and remediation steps
• Mentor junior staff and improve assessment methods/templates

🎯 Requirements

• Active CMMC Certified Assessor (CCA) credential by The Cyber AB
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, compliance, or audit in regulated/DoD envs
• Deep knowledge of CMMC 2.0, NIST SP 800-171/DFARS 252.204-7012
• Experience developing SSPs and POAM documentation
• US citizenship required for DoD engagements
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity/CS/IS or related field (or equivalent)
