🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting experience delivering complex enterprise business, technology, asset
• Proven experience with current-state assessments, future-state planning, and strategic roadmap
• Strong CMMS/EAM modernization background, replacement planning, and enterprise implementation
• Experience with IBM Maximo, Maximo Application Suite, or equivalent maintenance/asset management
• Understanding of facilities maintenance, asset management, preventive maintenance, work order
• Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, business analysis, documentation, and project
