CMMS Replacement Planning

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide assessments of CMMS/EAM environments and document current processes
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and executive presentations to gather requirements.
• Perform gap analyses and define future-state business processes, technical architecture, and
• Evaluate CMMS/EAM platforms and provide strategic modernization recommendations.
• Develop implementation strategies including governance, migration readiness, data remediation, and
• Assess data quality and governance to guide transformation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting experience delivering complex enterprise initiatives (business, technology
• Proven expertise in current-state assessments, future-state planning, readiness evaluations, and
• Strong CMMS/EAM modernization background, replacement planning, and enterprise implementation
• Experience with CMMS/EAM platforms such as IBM Maximo, Maximo Application Suite, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of facilities maintenance, asset management, work orders, inventory, service
• Experience with data quality remediation, migration readiness, and data governance.
