CNA/Caregiver/Home Health Aide/PCA

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 care to patients at home in Joplin, MO and surrounding areas
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Light housekeeping, home management tasks, meal prep, laundry
• Transfers and ambulation; use of mechanical lifting devices as needed
• Vital sign checks and basic health monitoring; medication assistance
• Support clients with mobility and independent living goals

🎯 Requirements

• CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA or related certification valid in MO; active listing preferred
• Ability to perform ADLs and basic health tasks with compassion and reliability
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to client safety
• Willingness to work flexible hours; part-time to full-time opportunities
• Comfort working in clients’ homes and maintaining professionalism
