📋 Description

• Per diem hospice visits to clients in Berks, Lehigh and Northampton counties.
• Provide Home Health Aide, CNA support, skilled nursing and palliative care at home.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary health care team with 1:1 patient care.
• Flexible schedules for hospice visits.

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of work experience.
• Listed on PA Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements.
