📋 Description

• Follow a plan of care from a registered nurse to provide personal care and companionship.
• Assist with activities of daily living to help adults stay safe at home.
• Provide meal prep and light housekeeping to support daily living.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and use of lifting devices.
• Provide medication reminders and ensure safety for clients.
• Travel to clients' homes as assigned to deliver care.
