CNA / Personal Aide for People with Disabilities

📋 Description

• Work 1:1 with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in community/home settings
• Help clients develop independence in budgeting, socializing, shopping, transit, exercise
• Provide support in activities of client’s interests, e.g., Special Olympics
• Ensure client safety and well-being with dignity and respect
• Build lasting relationships and support clients in reaching goals
• Opportunities in local community on Oahu with a flexible schedule

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years old
• Patience, empathy, dedication
• No prior experience required
• Active support for individuals with disabilities
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts in community/home settings
