CNC Machinist II

📋 Description

• Operate and program CNC lathes, mills, and wire EDM for aerospace alloys.
• Use CAD to design/modify parts and create CNC programs (G-code).
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate machining equipment to standards.
• Communicate with engineering and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize machining processes.
• Develop and enforce standardized workflows for machine shop operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on machining with CNC lathes, mills, and/or EDM.
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and calibrating machines.
• Experience using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators).
• Ability to read and verify drawings, blueprints, and technical specs with precision.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Nice to have CAD/CAM proficiency and G-code programming.
