Review part processes with engineers/designers to improve quality.
Set up, operate, and prove-out CNC mills, lathes, and manual equipment.
Provide feedback to engineers/designers and capture customer input to improve processes.
Enforce SpaceX processes, safety culture, and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
8+ years of experience in CNC mills/lathes setup and operation
8+ years reading G-code and programming CNC machines

Travel to other sites may be required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work standing for long periods
