CNC Machinist (Raptor Combustion Devices & Valves)

📋 Description

• Operate, set up, and program CNC machines and flight hardware.
• Perform precision setups on DMG Mori, Nigata, and Heller.
• Prioritize daily work to maximize machine uptime.
• Manage cutting tools for upcoming programs and loads.
• Deburr hardware on/off machines to quality standards.
• Operate CMM, borescope, and finish equipment as required.
• Perform CNC machine preventive maintenance weekly/monthly.
• Maintain 5S and shop upkeep; support teammates.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ years of CNC machining experience.
• 3+ years operating CNC machinery.
• Proficient in high efficiency milling and turning.
• Experience reading blueprints and measurement of parts.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
