CNC Machinist (Starship)

📋 Description

• Set up, operate, and edit programs on CNC machines (Okuma mill-turn) for Starship hardware.
• Prioritize daily production tasks to meet delivery dates and quality targets.
• Manage CNC cutting tools to ensure tools are loaded, measured, and ready before execution.
• Perform on-machine deburring to improve part quality.
• Perform CNC machine preventative maintenance weekly and monthly.
• Maintain shop organization and 5S practices for cleanliness.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1+ years of experience in CNC machining
• 5+ years of experience operating CNC machinery (preferred)
• Ability to program using Esprit CAD/CAM software
• Proficient in high-efficiency milling and turning
• Ability to read technical data, write clearly, and perform basic arithmetic
