📋 Description

Set up and operate 5-axis CNC mills
Collaborate with programmers and engineers to optimize programs
Complete machining from CAD/blueprints and instructions
Inspect parts using probing or hand tools
Work with tight tolerances and various materials
Meet productivity expectations and communicate issues

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
3+ years setup/operation/programming of 5-axis CNC mills
Familiarity with Heidenhain machine controls
Experience with P-20, H-13, stainless steel and graphite
Ability to read CAD models/blueprints; GD&T and tolerances
Willing to work shifts; overtime, weekends; lift up to 25 lbs
