CNC Programmer (Starship Components) – Level 4/5 (2nd Shift)

📋 Description

• Use Esprit CAM to program G-Code for Okuma mill-turn lathes and mills.
• Create and refine tooling/setup sheets for new parts.
• Set up, prove out, and run programs on Okuma lathes/mills; troubleshoot.
• Develop and use a CAM database for new part programming; analyze data.
• Review quality concerns; root-cause analysis; coordinate DFM with Eng.
• ITAR: U.S. citizen/national or eligible for required authorizations.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 5+ years CNC machining experience
• 2+ years CNC programming experience
• Esprit CAM proficiency; post-processing
• Okuma OSP familiarity; multi-axis (4/5 axis)
• GD&T, blueprint interpretation; willing to work 2nd shift (3 PM) and lift 25 lbs
