Co-Creation Studio Lead (Dublin)

📋 Description

• Hold client discovery calls to understand the challenge, the stakeholders, and what a successful
• Build session knowledge base including company context, desk research, stakeholder mapping, and
• Design session materials including facilitation guides, canvases, templates, and run-of-show
• Facilitate co-creation and discovery sessions with client stakeholders, including Director and
• Apply Design Thinking methods to move groups from problem definition to prioritised opportunities
• Build demonstrators and prototypes live using Claude Code or similar tools, turning rough concepts

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a facilitation, innovation, product, or service design role
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, not only support or observe
• Applied experience of Design Thinking methods, including double diamond, empathy mapping, ideation
• Ability to build demonstrators and prototypes live in a session using Claude Code or similar tools
• Excellent written communication for client-facing pre- and post-session materials
• Dublin-based and able to act as the Studio’s day-to-day contact
