📋 Description

Lead ALU Rwanda's co-curricular and non-academic programmes.
Oversee Writing Centre, Student Success, Career Services, and bridging.
Align offerings with academics and ensure financial sustainability.
Collaborate with Director of Academics and external partners.
Drive continuous improvement across co-curricular student life.
Prepare students for ALU pathways and graduate opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

Master’s in Education or related field (or equivalent).
5+ years in higher education programme management.
Experience leading student-facing programmes at scale.
Strong career development, internships, and pathways knowledge.
Budget management for financially sustainable programmes.
Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Student-centred leadership and outcomes focus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
