🎯 Requirements

• Shipped hardware that works outside a lab; field-experience critical.
• Hands-on robotics/hardware design, prototyping, and iteration.
• Experience deploying robotic/automated systems in real environments.
• Knowledge of perception, localization, and sensor integration; link physical to digital models.
• Strong software architecture instincts; pragmatism on build-vs-partner trade-offs; familiarity with
