🎯 Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in well design, including architecture, casing design, directional
• Strong drilling engineering and operations experience; manage risks like lost circulation, wellbore
• Proven track record in project execution; ability to lead cross-functional technical discussions
• Experience with novel geothermal systems and advanced well architectures; leadership of
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership in a founder-level role.
• Location-focused: US-based candidates preferred, with a Western US emphasis and travel to project
