📋 Description

• CTO/co-founder role; own technical direction from pilots to deployment
• Shape platform models: data curation, physics models, ML pipelines
• Build and scale engineering team and product architecture
• Lead cross-functional efforts with researchers and operators
• Drive real-time, plant-wide decision support for process industries

🎯 Requirements

• Deep ML in at least two areas: physics-informed, time-series, RL, or agentic systems
• Experience turning messy sensor data into reliable training data
• AI-native mindset; ready to implement agents, automations, AI workflows
• Hands-on with ML in industrial settings; familiarity with safety and compliance
• Experience with process-industry data stacks (OPC UA, SCADA, MES, ERP)
• Entrepreneurial mindset; willingness to own a co-founder role
