Co-Investments & Partnerships Associate / Principal

📋 Description

• Run co-investment processes for KKR portfolio companies across all European strategies including
• Support and lead all aspects of co-investment processes including close coordination with deal
• Develop a deep understanding of each transaction from an investor perspective
• Lead calls with investors related to live transactions including presenting the deals and answering
• Build and maintain relationships with co-investors, limited partners, and other investors
• Collaborate closely with internal deal teams across asset classes and geographies

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years prior experience in investment banking or private equity investment teams / secondaries
• Highly motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic, sense of ownership, and
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment
• Clear and effective communication of both qualitative and quantitative concepts
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with investors and
• Strong analytical capabilities, including financial analysis and modelling skills
