Co-Simulation Engineer III

📋 Description

• Coordinate with design teams to define co-simulation objectives, performance metrics, acceptance
• Establish simulation assumptions, initial conditions, coupling strategies, and model boundaries
• Independently develop thermo-hydraulic flow-network models for chilled water and liquid cooling
• Build and maintain system-level models for steady-state and transient performance, including
• Develop co-simulation interfaces between 1D network models and 3D CFD or thermal models, managing
• Perform pressure-drop, flow-balancing, and heat-rejection analyses to validate design intent and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline, plus at
• Master's or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, plus at least 2 years of
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and hydraulics, including pump and valve
• Solid knowledge of chilled water systems, including flow control, balancing, and operating
• Experience with hydraulic or flow-network simulation tools such as Flownex, Siemens Flomaster
• Working knowledge of at least one CFD platform used for data center and equipment analysis, such as
