CO2 Extraction Technician - PACIFIKAVA

📋 Description

• Operate supercritical and subcritical CO2 extraction equipment.
• Load and unload extraction columns per procedures.
• Collect and transfer finished extracts for downstream processing.
• Monitor extraction cycles for quality production.
• Record critical parameters: temperature, pressure, flow, cycles, yields.
• Follow procedures and production schedules; support traceability.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in CO2/botanical/chemical extraction manufacturing.
• Assoc/bachelor in engineering, chemistry, biology, or related field (preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Experience operating HMI-controlled or PLC-controlled equipment (preferred).
