• Manage the coach journey from offers through onboarding and readiness.
• Ensure new coaches have a clear, organized path to activation.
• Build AI-first systems across the coach lifecycle to improve efficiency.

• Hands-on AI and automation to redesign workflows.
• End-to-end ownership of recruiting and operations processes.
• Experience interviewing, onboarding, and coaching readiness.
• Build dashboards and data reports to drive improvements.
• Strong communication, empathy, and relationship skills.
