Coatings Technician

📋 Description

• Prepare, inspect, and repair fiberglass/carbon materials for LCAC/ACV program.
• Apply coatings, paint, ceramic applications, and surface prep.
• Conduct routine composite repairs and component repair activities.
• Take on new assignments with general instructions.
• Apply industry knowledge to ensure completion.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High School Degree Required.
• Active Secret Clearance or interim clearance required.
• J-STD, IPC 610/620 certification preferred.
• 2+ years in defense industry; soldering, rework, electronic diagnostics.
• Knowledge of electronic assembly, circuit boards, and system integration.
• 5S/Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge.
• Onsite work 5 days per week.
