Coding Educator

📋 Description

• Arrange and deliver educational sessions for assigned healthcare providers focused on improving
• Identify provider education needs by reviewing reports, coding trends, audit results, and other
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations covering coding quality trends, risk areas
• Use data visualization and analytics tools to interpret large datasets and communicate meaningful
• Conduct provider education onsite when required and support webinars, presentations, and other
• Analyze coding audit results to identify recurring errors, documentation gaps, compliance concerns

🎯 Requirements

• AHIMA or AAPC CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in medical coding education or healthcare coding auditing.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare risk adjustment, including HCC coding and the CMS-HCC Model Version
• Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar
• Experience analyzing coding data, audit results, and performance trends to identify patterns and
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with
