  • Review provider documentation in Epic to ensure professional services are accurately, completely
  • Initiate and manage documentation queries through Epic In Basket, Outlook, or other appropriate
  • Assign CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes in accordance with applicable federal, state, payer, and

🎯 Requirements
