COE - Post Producer

📋 Description

• Define delivery schedules for projects and secure deadlines
• Review new requests from clients and internal teams to pinpoint what needs to get done and when
• Help build the right team and resource plan for every task
• Schedule team members and oversee the post-production process from start to finish
• Brief team members on delivery objectives, priorities, and expectations
• Facilitate cross-team communication, connecting multiple teams throughout the production process

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate Post Producer with at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role, supervising
• Understand the broader production picture and what’s needed at each stage of the process
• In-depth knowledge of sound mixing, VO recording, and post-production scheduling procedures
• Hands-on technical knowledge of editing and/or sound and practical considerations in
• Sufficient technical know-how to foresee and address potential production issues before they become
• Up to date on current software, hardware, and post-production solutions
