Coffee Equipment Service Technician

📋 Description

• Drive to customer locations to troubleshoot and repair coffee equipment on site
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency service calls
• Identify damage, mechanical defects, electrical failures, and water leaks
• Troubleshoot and repair damage or defects
• Maintain a log of all found issues
• Maintain part inventory levels in company-provided service vehicle

🎯 Requirements

• Reliable, accountable, and professional demeanor under high pressure situations
• Proficiency with tools, machinery, electricity, and plumbing required
• Ability to reach schematics is preferred
• Previous coffee industry/mechanical experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills
• Desire to share knowledge and ability to teach others
