Cognitive Search Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and implement cognitive search solutions using NLP and ML.
• Collaborate with data/ML teams to build search apps and intelligent bots.
• Analyze search performance and optimize relevance, ranking, retrieval quality.
• Understand data structures to integrate cognitive search with existing systems.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for indexing, retrieval, and discovery.
• Apply best practices for cognitive search development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience developing cognitive search solutions or related AI-driven technologies.
• Strong knowledge of NLP, ML concepts, semantic search, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with search platforms, preferably Azure Cognitive Search or similar.
• Strong Python and JavaScript skills to develop and maintain solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
