📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement cognitive search using NLP and ML.
• Collaborate with data engineers/scientists/engineers on search apps.
• Analyze performance; optimize relevance, ranking, and retrieval quality.
• Integrate cognitive search with existing systems and data structures.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for indexing and discovery.
• Apply best practices for cognitive search development and maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related.
• 2+ years’ experience in cognitive search or AI-driven tech.
• Strong NLP, ML concepts, semantic search, embeddings, vector DBs.
• Experience with search platforms, preferably Azure Cognitive Search.
• Python and JavaScript programming; maintain technical solutions.
• Fluent English; based in Europe with right to work.
