📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy cognitive search using NLP and ML.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and developers on search apps.
• Analyze search performance; optimize relevance, ranking, and retrieval.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for indexing and discovery.
• Apply best practices for development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Monitor trends in cognitive search, ML, and AI to improve solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years developing cognitive search or AI-driven tech.
• Strong knowledge of NLP, ML, semantic search, embeddings, vector databases.
• Experience with search platforms, preferably Azure Cognitive Search.
• Strong Python and JavaScript skills for developing solutions.
• Cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure or equivalent; data processing and IR.
