Lead and drive operational excellence at management level for cold end engineering services.
Manage palletisation, bottle conveyor systems and return cullet systems.
Oversee execution of job changes and maintenance of cold end workshops and stores.
Ensure provision of equipment/services to enable objective achievement.

🎯 Requirements

Proven leadership in target-driven, fast-paced environments (packaging preferred).
Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
Experience supervising or leading engineering teams and driving safety and wellbeing.
