• Research, identify, and compile high-quality prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
• Segment prospect databases to deliver focused, personalized outreach.
• Write compelling cold email sequences and test subject lines, messaging, and follow-up strategies.
• Monitor outreach inboxes and respond to prospects promptly.
• Qualify prospects and schedule sales calls with the CMO.

• Proven cold outreach experience with a track record of generating leads and booking meetings.
• Hands-on experience with Instantly.ai.
• Strong knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
• Experience in prospecting, list building, and audience segmentation.
• Excellent written English and persuasive copywriting skills.
• Ability to manage prospect conversations and convert leads into booked calls.
