• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business functions, building strong

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience supporting business users, customer-facing technology programs, workplace
• Experience working directly with stakeholders to understand business requirements, recommend
• Strong understanding of collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Suite, Zoom, SharePoint, Box
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and training skills with the ability to engage
• Proven experience leading user adoption, change management, communications, and enablement
