🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in L&D or related fields
• Strong design, facilitation and coaching skills
• Ability to work with ambiguity and own projects
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Interest in AI for learning; Thrive/Rise360 knowledge a plus
• Degree in related field is a bonus
