Collateral Product Owner & Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own and develop the end-to-end collateral operating model across cleared and bilateral derivatives
• Define and deliver the strategic collateral roadmap, aligning with regulatory needs
• Lead collateral-related change initiatives (EMIR, UK EMIR, UMR, clearing expansion, tech
• Partner with Investments, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations
• Enhance processes, controls and workflows for efficiency and scalability
• Oversee governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across collateral services

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive derivatives and collateral management experience in asset management, investment banking
• Deep understanding of cleared and bilateral margining models and collateral processes
• Proven experience delivering large-scale operational/regulatory/technology change programmes
• Knowledge of EMIR, UK EMIR, UMR and broader derivatives regulation
• Experience with CCPs, clearing brokers and collateral optimisation
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills
