Collator Operator - 1st shift

📋 Description

• Operates collating equipment
• Operates Polar Cutters
• May operate industrial power equipment (e.g., forklift or pallet jack)
• Collates checkbook or multiple form components in the correct order for further processing
• Ensures accuracy of items printed on components; ensures numbers match ply to ply if applicable
• Inserts carbon when required

🎯 Requirements

• 1 - 3 years manufacturing experience
• Speed and accuracy, detail-oriented, ability to follow directions
• Ability to think strategically, use good judgment, execute plans, exhibit leadership and drive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, move throughout shift; manual dexterity; ability to lift
