Handle large team of collection officers, their productivity and performance.
Set productivity targets for collection officers/agencies and in-house team.
Monitor performance against targets; weekly reviews with Collection executives.
Background checks for agencies; identify training needs; evaluate CE performance.
Support officers in legal/Police issues and collection activities.

🎯 Requirements

People Management Skills.
4+ years of relevant experience in Collections.
Demonstrated Success and achievement orientation.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Negotiation skills - strong bias for driving results in a high performance environment.
Strong Relationship and Leadership skills.
Working Knowledge of Computers.
