Ensure adequate feet on street by bucket/segment wise.
Monitor performance against set parameters; weekly reviews with collection executives.
Ensure background checks of agencies; identify training needs; evaluate CE performance.
Support collection officers in legal/police issues and collection activities.

🎯 Requirements

People management skills.
4+ years relevant experience in collections.
Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
Excellent communication skills; strong relationship and leadership skills.
Negotiation skills—bias for driving results in a high-performance environment.
Working knowledge of computers; Graduation/Post Graduation preferred.
