Develop and execute end-to-end multi-channel collection campaigns (Dialer, SMS, Email, Push, IVR).
Balance agent capacity, contact rates, and RPC to maximize Right Party Contact and minimize abandoned calls.
Monitor metrics such as contact rates, PTP conversion, cure/liquidation rates, and ROI.
Collaborate with Risk, Analytics, and Operations to improve segmentation and scoring models.
Ensure compliance with CBUAE, TDRA, and internal governance, including suppressions and opt-outs.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in campaign management or related role.
Strong data handling, reporting, and analysis skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
