• Manage high-value at-risk accounts using collection policies and negotiation to minimize losses.
• Engage customers to understand financial challenges and propose repayment solutions.
• Analyze accounts, financials, and circumstances to determine action.
• Apply knowledge of secured and unsecured lending, privacy and regulations.
• De-escalate challenging conversations while protecting relationships.
• Identify risks and escalate issues when appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in collections, financial services, or related field.
• Knowledge of secured and unsecured lending portfolios.
• Familiarity with privacy legislation and collection regulations.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional telephone manner.
• Experience using financial services systems and Microsoft Office.
