Collections Analyst

📋 Description

• Contact clients to collect outstanding payments.
• Monitor accounts to identify overdue invoices.
• Work with billing team to resolve billing issues.
• Analyze aging reports and meet monthly collections targets.
• Prepare weekly reports on accounts receivable status.
• Assist with process improvements to increase collections efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Collections Analyst.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in collections and billing.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Salesforce Billing, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and billing regulations.
