Document communications and escalate issues across phone, WhatsApp, and email.

🎯 Requirements

5–7+ years in B2B collections/AR with manager-level experience.
Native Spanish and professional English.
Experience collecting from Mexico-based customers.
Strong negotiation; respectful but firm with delinquents.
ERP/billing systems (NetSuite, SAP, Zuora) and SaaS models.
Excellent analytics; manage multiple accounts and document thoroughly.
