Collections Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Addi's collections operation with 6 Team Leads and ~110 staff.
• Own operational results: portfolio recovery, productivity, customer experience.
• Co-design strategy with Intelligence, Risk, WFM, QA, and CX.
• Meet recovery targets by bucket (B1–B5) and channel (voice, WhatsApp).
• Drive 60–70% of agents at bonus level for two consecutive quarters.
• Deliver 4 strategic initiatives yearly with measurable impact.
