Collections Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end collections performance for UAE portfolios.
• Manage external UAE collection agencies' reports and escalations.
• Oversee strategy execution, performance monitoring, QA, and escalation.
• Drive delivery, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Policy, and Product for data-driven decisions.
• Support vendor governance and cross-functional operational issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–3 years in collections, operations, or risk management.
• Experience with agencies or fintech in UAE/GCC/MENA is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on Excel proficiency.
• Able to learn new processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic.
