Act as the liaison between Lendbuzz and our legal vendors
Communicate with legal vendors, repossession vendors, and management in a timely and orderly fashion
Manage legal file preparation and vendor coordination
Maintain regular review of accounts that have been referred for repossession and legal actions
Coordinate with and assist internal legal/compliance departments and help in escalated situations
Perform various administrative functions

🎯 Requirements

2–4+ years of experience in auto finance, legal recovery, loss mitigation, paralegal support, or
Direct background working with third-party legal vendors, outside counsel, or repossession agencies
Strong communication skills to manage external legal partners, push for updates on pending
Previous work in skip tracing and collections, preferably in the automotive industry
Outstanding customer, communication and organizational skill
High level of integrity
