Collections Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end collections for assigned accounts and ensure timely payments
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up via agreed channels
• Analyze payment patterns to identify at-risk accounts
• Collaborate with Billing, Credit, Cash Applications, Controllership, and teams to resolve disputes
• Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining relationships
• Support month-end/year-end close with aging updates

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in collections
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Strong ERP knowledge; NetSuite experience desirable
• Strong analytical skills to monitor data and resolve discrepancies
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset
